By purchasing, accessing, or using any product, service, membership, coaching program, website, video, podcast, or digital resource provided by My Endurance Life, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. AGE REQUIREMENT
All services and products are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.

2. HEALTH & MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
Trail running, ultrarunning, hiking, strength training, and endurance sports involve inherent risks including injury, illness, dehydration, heat illness, cardiac events, falls, permanent disability, and death.

All content is educational only and is not medical advice.

You are responsible for consulting a qualified physician before beginning any training or nutrition program.

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By participating in any My Endurance Life service, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with endurance training and racing.

4. TRAINING PLANS & DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Training plans, PDFs, guides, videos, downloads, and digital resources are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, redistributed, resold, or reproduced.

5. REFUND POLICY
Training Plans:
Eligible for a money-back guarantee only if:
- The plan was followed with at least 90% consistency
- Training logs can verify consistent completion
- Refund request is made within 120 days of purchase

My First Ultra (MFU):
Refund requests must be submitted by email within the first 30 days.

Group Coaching & 1-on-1 Coaching:
No refunds.

1-on-1 coaching requires a minimum 3-month commitment.

6. MEMBERSHIPS & AUTO-RENEWAL
Memberships renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

7. RESULTS DISCLAIMER
Results vary from person to person. No guarantees are made regarding race outcomes, performance, weight loss, fitness gains, or injury prevention.

8. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Users agree to act respectfully within all communities, coaching calls, live chats, comments, and memberships.

Harassment, hate speech, abusive behavior, or sharing confidential member information may result in immediate removal without refund.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All My Endurance Life content including logos, videos, guides, graphics, branding, podcasts, and training materials remain the property of Ericjessica InsideOut Inc.

10. AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE
Some content may contain affiliate links. My Endurance Life may receive compensation if purchases are made through those links.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Ericjessica InsideOut Inc. and My Endurance Life are not liable for injuries, losses, damages, race outcomes, or other consequences resulting from use of any service or product.
